The shop's current turn around time is stated at the top of the home page and will be updated appropriately with each new launch. Turn around time is expressed in business days and does not including weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping is free on orders over $50; all orders are processed through UPS or USPS with tracking information provided.

Due to all items being made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final. Please read each item description and sizing chart thoroughly and contact me with any questions or concerns before purchasing. 

I want you to love your WynterMade, so if there is a flaw or an issue with an item you ordered, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so we can discuss options.
